Position: Medical Receptionist
About: Total Sono provides OB/GYN ultrasound services, led by a network of board-certified MFM consultants and supported by a team of certified ultrasound technologists, patient care liaisons, and other industry experts. The Medical Receptionist plays a crucial role in the office operations, including patient check-in, paperwork management, and ensuring a positive experience for both staff and patients in line with values of respect, kindness, courtesy, and compassion.
Requirements: HS Diploma required; Associates preferred; 1+ years of Medical Reception experience; prior experience in an OB/GYN office HIGHLY DESIRABLE; bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
