Requirements: High school diploma; 2+ years’ experience in healthcare and/or multinational business setting with a focus on customer service; advanced interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to multitask and provide exceptional customer service; comfortability with learning new technologies and understanding healthcare information systems like Epic and Microsoft applications
