Position: Masters Assistant Coach and Director of Operations
About: Under the direction of the Masters Head Coach, the Director of Operations and Masters Assistant Coach is responsible for the organization, management, overseeing club-related daily operations and administrative duties, and providing high quality coaching. The Masters program has approximately 250 swimmers with multiple daily workouts aimed at different groups. General Responsibilities include providing assistance to new athletes, coaching adult swimmers, coordinating structured workouts, promoting team membership, attending competitions and events, instructing swimmers, and managing registration fees among other duties.
Requirements: Experience coaching adult swimmers; Ability to oversee daily operations and administrative tasks; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Knowledge of swim team management; Willingness to work early mornings and weekends; High school diploma or equivalent; Experience in competitive swimming preferred; Ability to promote team building and positive attitude; Must be organized and detail-oriented
