Position: Master Cook – StripSteak
About: At StripSteak, located within MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, we are seeking a skilled Master Cook to join our team. As a Master Cook, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in preparing high-quality cuisine, specializing in premium cuts of aged beef, seafood, and classic favorites. Your precision and skill will contribute to creating extraordinary dining experiences for our guests, ensuring each dish reflects the excellence that StripSteak is known for.
Requirements: 1+ years of prior relevant experience cooking in a professional kitchen environment; High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent; Strong culinary skills, particularly in cooking, portioning, and sauce-making; Attention to detail and the ability to evaluate food quality by taste and presentation; A team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and can manage multiple tasks efficiently; Knowledge of health and safety standards, with a focus on food storage and sanitation; Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
