Requirements: At least 5 years of progressive experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field; Food Handlers Certification required; Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action; A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
