Position: Marlin Bar Sous Chef

Requirements: You have 2+ years of high volume culinary/hospitality experience; you have a current food handler’s card and other certifications as required by federal/state/local law; knowledge of food/restaurant service skills including all phases of food production and service, storage and rotation, food preparation, recipe adherence, plate presentation, and production time standards; strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of increasing experience and responsibility; high school diploma or GED; willingness to perform necessary duties to support the business.
