Position: Marlin Bar Bartender Assistant
About: Tommy Bahama – Las Olas Marlin Bar is seeking a Beverage Server/Barback to join their team. As a Marlin Bar Bartender Assistant at Tommy Bahama, you will assist bartenders with food and drink delivery to guests, clear and set tables according to standards, maintain proper stock levels, properly care for and store all products, and ensure a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for all team members and guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; ability to assist with food and drink delivery; knowledge of inventory control and ordering processes; strong organizational and cleanliness skills
