Position: Marketing Guest Experience Representative

They are currently looking for a Marketing Guest Experience Representative who will greet guests, provide customer service, general location information, and direct guests to speak with the concierge team located in their beautiful resorts. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy starting conversations and have the ability to build quick connections with people.
Requirements: At least six months of customer service experience; High School Diploma or equivalent; Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends; Ability to work a full shift walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodation
