Position: Marketing Director
About: The Marketing Director role at Chick-fil-A FM 1960 & Eldridge involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive external sales and boost employee satisfaction. The Marketing Director plays a key role in community engagement and ensuring a positive brand image for the restaurant chain through various marketing initiatives and promotions. Requirements: Ability to work at least 40 hrs/wk (at least one opening and one closing per week and one Saturday per month); Worked at CFA FM 1960 & Eldridge for at least 1 Year (or external comparable work experience); Ability to be trained in both FOH & BOH; Knows the Vision, Mission, and Core Values of Chick-fil-A; ServSafe Manager certified; Specialized in metrics and reports for their assigned area; No unresolved issues regarding restaurant policies; Leadership approval
