Position: Marketing Activation Manager
About: Casey’s is seeking a Marketing Activation Manager to join their team and drive brand awareness, boost product sales, and enhance the company’s market presence through omnichannel marketing strategies. The role involves coordinating and executing cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent work-related experience is required; At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, project management or agency work; Knowledge of Monday.com is highly preferred; Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, and must be highly creative, solutions-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail; Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives while consistently demonstrating forward progress; Strong intuitive sense with the ability to synthesize information and “connect the dots”; Demonstrates financial acumen and navigates ambiguity with ease, using data-driven insights to support recommendations; Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships, effectively manage stakeholders, and influence and persuade individuals at all levels of the organization; Proven track record in budgeting, project/workflow management, and vendor management.
