Requirements: 3-5 years of Multi-Unit experience in the QSR field with 5 years of restaurant/retail management; self-motivated and driven for success; proven leadership skills with a focus on recognition, engagement, and empowering team members; adherence to company policies and procedures; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; strong supervisory and organizational abilities; proficiency in PC and MS Office Suite usage; willingness to travel occasionally
