Position: Manager Total Rewards
About: Horizon Organic is a leading organic milk producer in the U.S., now a brand of Platinum Equity, working with over 500 farmers to deliver high-quality certified organic milk. They are currently seeking a Total Rewards Manager to oversee their compensation and benefits programs and shape the future of organic dairy.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA in Human Resource is a plus; Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits and total rewards management; Ability to manage change, perform analytical and problem-solving with the ability to use data to drive decision-making; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization, as well as trusted advisory and consultative relationships with third parties, including, but not limited to consultants, benefit providers; Experience in HRIS/HCM related implementation and/or operational enhancement projects; Proficiency in ADP WorkforceNow; Experience as a people manager
