About: The Manager, Specialty Restaurant Operations position is available at Royal Caribbean Group. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Minimum of 5 years in a professional or supervisory position within the hospitality industry; Demonstrated proficiency in hospitality and general business management; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time on trips of 2-14 days
