Position: Manager, Specialty Restaurant Operations

The Manager, Specialty Restaurant Operations role involves strategic leadership fleetwide to achieve revenue targets in restaurant operations. Responsibilities include providing tools, training, and guidance to onboard teams, maintaining SOPs, developing dining concepts, ensuring compliance with standards, managing financial aspects, and fostering team member engagement and development. The role also focuses on change management, business excellence, marketing initiatives, and operational excellence across all specialty restaurant venues.

Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; Minimum of 5 years in a professional or supervisory position within the hospitality industry, including dining services or restaurant operations; Demonstrated proficiency in hospitality and general business management; Excellent interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects; Proficiency in using personal computers and relevant software applications; Strong communication skills in English; Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time on trips of 2-14 days
