Position: Manager, Ride Operations
About: The position of Ride Operations and Guest Control Manager involves overseeing the safe and efficient operation of all rides and guest control areas in a theme park environment. The Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards in safety, guest service, and operational consistency while fostering a positive work environment and upholding standard operating procedures to align with park and corporate guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management preferred; 6-8 years of relevant work experience; 5+ years of leadership/management experience; iROC and Trainer certification (training provided); Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional third shift; Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe office programs; Strong initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work with diverse backgrounds and cultures
