Position: Manager, Ride Operations
About: The amusement park in Charlotte, managed by Cedar Fair, is seeking a dedicated Ride Operations and Guest Control Manager to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all rides and guest control areas. The Manager will lead teams to uphold high standards in safety, guest service, and operational consistency while fostering a positive work environment aligned with park and corporate guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management preferred; 6-8 years of relevant work experience; 5+ years of leadership/management experience; iROC and Trainer certification required; Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays; Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe office programs; Strong initiative, judgment, and ability to work with diverse backgrounds and cultures
