Position: Manager, RGM
About: Mondelēz International is seeking a Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Biscuits based in East Hanover, NJ. The role focuses on delivering profitable revenue growth strategies for key initiatives through pricing, mix, price-pack architecture, and promotional strategies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar required; 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry; Prior experience in RGM/NRM or PPA a plus; Strong analytical skills and ability to uncover insights from multiple sources
