Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a four-year College or university; 5-8 years related experience with at least 3 years in insurance or claims operations; Knowledge of business operations and key factors impacting business successes; Provides products and services of the highest quality and sets quality standards; Understands process components and attributes, identifies, prioritizes, and implements process improvement opportunities; Sets high performance standards and achieves them; Knowledge of methods used to improve operational performance, able to put concepts into action; Seeks to understand and act upon customer needs, concerns, and priorities; Guides individuals and groups toward desired outcomes by building confidence based on a shared vision; Maintains effective working relationships with others within and outside of their team; Uses interpersonal aptitude skills to build relationships beneficial in achieving work-related goals; Understands how new events will affect individuals and business processes; Driver License, Valid and in State Required
