Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area; OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills required. Ability to handle guest concerns and property incidents effectively. Understanding of loss prevention policies, financial statements, and operational objectives.
