Position: Manager of Culinary Innovation

About: Colorado Premium is seeking a Manager of Culinary Innovation to lead the culinary protein and sous vide manufacturing and commercialization efforts. This role involves defining and implementing a culinary vision, roadmap, and strategy aligning with the company’s objectives. The Manager will drive innovation, strategic thinking, and market analysis to enhance products and ensure operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years of culinary rotations in multi-unit restaurant organization and manufacturing/supplier side development environment, preferably in a protein-related industry; prior experience in protein culinary development and advisory industry; proficient in MS Office Suite; strong problem-solving and presentation skills; ability to travel up to 30%
