Position: MANAGER – NATIONAL SALES
About: The Venetian Resort is seeking a Manager – National Sales who will be responsible for developing and contracting business opportunities/accounts aligned with the company’s desired customer profile to meet and exceed financial objectives. The role involves engaging in effective contract negotiations, maintaining revenue-generating accounts, and implementing sales action plans.
Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; 5 years of professional hotel sales experience at a luxury property; 2 years of experience selling large complex group business; Must possess Contract Negotiations, Customer Relations, Presentation, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Strong Communication, Strong Listening, Time Management, and Organization Skills; Requires evenings and weekend travel and networking; Strong interpersonal skills; Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
