Position: MANAGER – LUXURY SERVICES
About: The Manager – Premium Services position at Paiza Club lounge involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lounge, Butler areas, and administrative operations of the Luxury Services department at The Venetian Resort. All responsibilities are to be carried out in accordance with departmental and company policies.
Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High school diploma required – Bachelor’s degree preferred; Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration, Alcohol Awareness Card, Non-Gaming Card, Health Card, and any other certification or license as required; Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word ACSC, LMS, Micros, and email and internet functions; 5+ years of experience in a supervisory/management position at a high-end resort property; Proficient in various computer systems including Lodging Management System (LMS, ACSC), Virtual Roster, Concierge Assistant (ALICE), and Opentable; Certifications relating to guest relations, liquor, wine, food service, or alcohol awareness preferred; Well-spoken, creative, and resourceful problem solver; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in Mandarin dialect Chinese highly desirable; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other team members of different backgrounds and levels of experience; Must be able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
