Position: Manager in Training
About: All World Wide Wings is a restaurant chain seeking a Manager in Training to join their management team. The Manager in Training will be responsible for overseeing different departments within the restaurant and ensuring operational excellence in food, beverage, and customer service areas. This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment.
Requirements: Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional written and verbal communication skills. They should have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment. A minimum of 2 years of restaurant or retail management experience is required, with experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred. Additionally, candidates must have completed a high school education or equivalent, possess a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, and have the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
