Position: Manager Hotel Operations- Full Time- (LINQ LV)
About: Providing necessary guidance and leadership to enable the Front Desk & Guest Services staff to meet the goals and objectives set by hotel management. Directly supervises Assistant Hotel Managers and VIP Supervisor. Key job functions include ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, resolving guest concerns, inspecting facilities, recommending improvements, establishing safety policies, and maintaining work relationships with other departments.
Requirements: College degree preferred or related experience required; Three to five years hotel operations supervisory experience required. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills are required. Must be able to respond calmly to conflicts, work in fast-paced and stressful situations, have knowledge of computer systems and applications, read, write, speak, and understand English, and perform physical job duties in emergency situations.
