Position: Manager HOH
About: The Kitchen Manager position at a restaurant involves overseeing the overall operations of the kitchen area to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Associate degree in a hospitality-related field or equivalent preferred; Valid driver’s license required; NRA ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications preferred; 2 years of previous restaurant management experience preferred; Superior people management, communication, and listening skills required; Self-motivated and detail-oriented; Passion for the brand and for teaching others; Ability to quickly grasp and retain new ideas and concepts and incorporate them into daily work activities; Effective communication with team members, guests, vendors, etc. required; Time management and organizational skills required; Flexibility and adaptability to change required; Working knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, alcohol safety, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations preferred; Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
