Position: Manager Global Events
About: IGEL, an equal opportunity employer based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is seeking a Manager Global Events to plan, execute, and oversee a variety of events that enhance the company’s brand and promote meaningful connections with customers and industry leaders. The role involves strategic event planning, team supervision, budget management, and post-event analysis to ensure successful and engaging experiences for attendees.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in large format event management, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry; Experience as a people manager or supervisor is preferred; Strong project management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in event management software and tools; Creative problem solver with attention to detail; Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
