Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Hospitality Management; 5 years of experience in food service management and operations, including supervision of staff and budgets; ServSafe Food Handler certification required within 1 year; Demonstrated leadership, financial analysis, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office products or similar software; Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and work in various physical conditions and atmospheres
