Position: MANAGER – FOOD & BEVERAGE
About: Brookside Country Club is currently seeking a Food & Beverage Manager with a passion for fine dining and hospitality to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of culinary presentation, excellent logistical skills for party planning, and expertise in managing reservations and scheduling. The role involves overseeing service staff training, maintaining outstanding phone and reservation etiquette, and upholding a friendly and outgoing demeanor to ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred; 3-5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry; proven experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant environment; strong knowledge of culinary presentation, food pairing, and fine dining etiquette; experience in event planning and coordinating large parties and private events; excellent phone manners and reservation management skills; previous experience in training and scheduling service staff; friendly, outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; keen eye for detail and ability to anticipate guest needs; ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
