Position: Manager, Food & Beverage
About: The Manager of Food and Beverage at Knott’s Berry Farm is responsible for direct oversight of operations within the park, ensuring guest service, food quality, outlet sanitation, labor cost productivity, revenue per cap, and training. The Manager upholds the company’s standards to the highest regard.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality preferred; 4-6 years of relevant work experience with food & beverage; ServSafe Manager and California Food Handlers Manager certification required; ServSafe Alcohol certification required; 3-5 years of leadership/supervisor experience preferred; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
