Position: Manager, Food & Beverage
About: You will help lead and inspire a team to deliver great guest experiences from the get-go, maintaining a positive atmosphere. The role involves supervision, training, and ensuring compliance with regulations in a dynamic environment.
Requirements: At least 18 years of age; At least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry or similar high volume leadership capacity; Able to lead and develop ambassadors effectively; A role model for safety, guest service, and cleanliness standards; Able to complete a Food Safety Manager certification; Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs. on a frequent basis; Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evening hours; Able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions; Capable of performing cleaning duties with cleaning chemicals; Flexible in work locations to meet business needs and career development opportunities
