Position: Manager FOH
About: NBCUniversal, a leading entertainment and news company, is seeking a Front of House (FOH) Manager for Toothsome, a high-volume branded concept on CityWalk. They produce and distribute premier filmed entertainment and programming and have world-renowned theme parks and attractions through Universal Destinations & Experiences, as part of Comcast Corporation.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; minimum of 4 years of management experience in a high-quality chain or independent restaurant group; thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and POS systems; ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends, and nights. Proven track record and experience in developing strong training programs; excellent management skills in leading a diverse team; strong professional presence; excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills; ability to communicate effectively across all lines of business and with all levels of management; strong organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring, and coaching skills; passion for delivering the highest quality of guest service. Required On-Site: This position must be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
