Position: Manager, Event Operations – Universal Epic Universe
About: Universal Epic Universe in Orlando is seeking an experienced Manager, Event Operations to oversee event planning and operations for both theme parks and CityWalk. The role involves managing daily operations and event support to ensure high revenue and guest satisfaction, requiring strong communication and analytical skills for successful collaboration with multiple departments.
Requirements: High school degree or GED required; college degree preferred; 5-7 years of supervisory experience required; experience managing exempt level team members preferred; experience in the event industry and leading large teams in fast-paced environments
