Position: Manager, Entertainment Operations-(Flamingo)
About: The Entertainment Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operational success of live events and the associated venues. Ensuring operational effectiveness and the highest level of customer service is achieved. This role will provide daily supervision of all operational staff including all front of house, technical, ticket taker, and security.
Requirements: 5 years of experience in venue management or related fields, 2 years at a Manager level or above. Bachelor’s degree preferred. In-depth knowledge of event operations including front of house, back of house, box-office, and other general areas. Possess excellent skills in staff management, budget management, project management and problem solving. General knowledge of technical elements for communication purposes with technical team.
