Requirements: 5+ years retail and/or food & beverage management required; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and POS systems; Ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends, and nights; Proven success in controlling costs, maximizing profit, and directly supervising multiple managers; Experience in the development and implementation of strong SOPs to drive consistency and quality of product and guest services; Experience in leading projects from start to finish with a proven track record; Excellent management skills; Strong P&L experience, command of budgeting and cost controls; Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills; Ability to effectively communicate across all lines of business, and with all levels of management; Strong organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring, and coaching skills; Ability to work with ambiguity and constant change; A strong passion for delivering the highest quality of guest service
