Position: Manager, Campus Dining
About: Vanderbilt Campus Dining takes pride in providing culinary creations served from their kitchens. The Dining program has been recognized with prestigious awards in the food service industry, including Best On-Site Food Service Operation in the Nation and the Ivy Award. They operate main dining centers, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, employing over 350 staff members.
Requirements: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least 3 years of management experience in food service management required; proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS System required; strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population required; strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills necessary; demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service required; ability to manage people and assets required
