Led by Executive Chef Piter Tjan, the team at Sushiko embraces precision and simplicity in their culinary creations.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years management experience in an upscale/fine dining high volume setting; Be physically present on the floor during service to ensure service standards; Guide, direct, and train service staff; Ability to communicate effectively across all facets and departments; Assist in wine sales and service; Monitor sales and labor reports and forecast respectively; Ability to multitask and strong problem-solving skills; Excellent organization and communication skills; Passion for success and an uncompromising commitment to excellence; Team-oriented and positive mindset; Open availability; Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 10 pounds.
