About: DaVita, a leading dialysis company headquartered in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager with Human Resources procurement and negotiation experience to join the PRISM team (Procurement, Risk reduction, Innovation, and Supply Management). This role is pivotal in transforming the procurement and supply-chain process to deliver the best outcomes for patients and partners.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required (Business, I.T., Supply Chain, or Human Resources preferred); 5+ years of Procurement/Purchasing Experience; 3+ years sourcing experience with expertise in influencing business strategy and vendor relations; highly honed contracting and negotiation skills within HR/HRT; experience writing and generating RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to suppliers; CPSM or similar HR-related certification preferred; demonstrated track record in communication, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment with company values and culture
