Position: Manager
About: The Manager position at Murphy’s Taproom involves building and maintaining a strong, dynamic restaurant team by providing clear leadership on marketing, personnel, financial/P&L, operational, accounting, and site appearance concerns. Responsibilities include managing the team, scheduling, training, supervision, overseeing opening and closing duties, POS system operations, inventory, customer service, enforcing health and safety standards, and handling guest complaints. Qualifications require 4+ years of restaurant experience, 2 years in a supervisory role, excellent customer service skills, organizational ability, knowledge of Microsoft applications, high personal hygiene standards, ability to multitask, stand for extended periods, experience with POS systems, Servsafe training, and passing background checks and drug tests.
