About: Murphy’s Taproom is seeking a Manager to build and maintain a strong and dynamic team, overseeing marketing, personnel, financial, operational, accounting, and site appearance concerns. Responsibilities include team management, scheduling, training, supervision, ensuring opening/closing duties are done correctly, overseeing deposits and POS operation, cash drawer balancing, inventory management, customer service, staff leadership, maintaining health and safety standards, handling guest complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Qualifications include 4+ years of restaurant experience with 2 years in a supervisory role, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, organizational capabilities, Microsoft application knowledge, high personal hygiene standards, ability to multitask with attention to detail, standing for several hours, POS system experience, Servsafe training preferred, passing background checks and drug tests.
