Position: Management Development Program
About: Great Wolf Lodge’s Management Development Program (MDP) is an accelerated rotational development path to a leadership role within the company. The program offers hands-on experiences, structured learning, and coaching to prepare associates for Management and Director level positions in the resort vacation destination environment.
Requirements: Obtain a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university between December 2024 to May 2025; Available to relocate and begin the program by June 10, 2025; Minimum one year job or internship experience; Willingness to relocate to any Great Wolf Lodge location; Strong business acumen and ability to execute plans and strategies; Ability to solve problems and drive results through others; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents; Organizational skills are crucial; Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs; Schedules will include working nights, weekends, and holidays
