Requirements: At least 2+ years experience in luxury hospitality; Communication and customer service skills; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Knowledge of fine dining etiquette is a plus; Ability to greet guests warmly, manage reservations, answer phone calls, provide menu information, assist with special guest requests, and transfer calls to corporate office
