Position: Maintenance Tech – Nights
About: Kraft Heinz – Cedar Rapids is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for their 3rd shift operations. The plant specializes in 100% Food Service, producing frozen soups and macaroni & cheese. With a mix of temporary and full-time associates, the facility aims to maintain top-performing condition of its equipment and facilities at all times. Kraft Heinz has a rich history dating back to the mid-1980s and is now known for over 50 household brands in the U.S.
Requirements: High school/ GED diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Two to three years’ experience of Industrial Maintenance experience strongly preferred; Must be able to work in a safe manner; Must ensure quality products are being produced; Must be able to communicate effectively; Responsible for following all Food Safety Policies and Safety Procedures; Basic electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing system knowledge; General PSM Knowledge preferred; Knowledge of power and hand tools; Basic welding preferred
