Position: Maintenance Supervisor
About: Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team! Ensure the efficient operation and support of the maintenance department, manage and direct daily activities, and collaborate with departments to implement processes and improvement plans.
Requirements: 10 years of industrial maintenance experience required; 5 years of maintenance experience; 4 years of supervisory experience; high school diploma or GED; strong leadership capabilities and excellent oral and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems; hard-working, dependable, and eager to grow; experience with 5S and Six Sigma; Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) training.
