Position: Maintenance – Porter
About: Morgan Properties, a national real estate investment and management company headquartered in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated Porter to join their maintenance team. The Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the appearance of the community, including cleaning and upkeep of various areas like apartments, grounds, and shared facilities.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); valid driver’s license with a good driving record and auto insurance; willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen; availability for snow, ice, and on-site emergencies
