Position: Maintenance Manager
About: The company located in Winchester, KY is seeking a Maintenance Manager/Plant Engineer to ensure optimal equipment reliability and efficiency through performance improvement initiatives and Total Productive Maintenance strategies. This role involves leading maintenance excellence efforts, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the facility.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field; 3+ years of leadership experience in plant maintenance or 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) preferred; Background in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Reliability Engineering is a plus; Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, instrumentation, lubrication, and predictive maintenance principles; Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
