Position: Maintenance Manager

About: Niagara Bottling, a leading bottled water company, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities for the company’s buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment. The role involves ensuring operational reliability and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements: Minimum qualifications: 6 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, 6 years of experience in a managerial position, 4 years of experience managing people/projects; Preferred qualifications: 10+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, 10+ years of experience in a managerial position, 6 years of experience managing people/projects; Competencies include performing work under supervision, analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work collaboratively, and a focus on continuous improvement.
