Position: Maintenance Manager

Requirements: Minimum of two to five years of maintenance, construction, or related experience; Multifamily real estate or hospitality/hotel industry experience strongly preferred; Minimum of one year demonstrated leadership experience in managing a team; HVAC certification is a plus; Excellent communication skills; Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with coworkers and residents; Reliable transportation for on-call rotations and emergencies
