Position: M. Sous Chef Hourly
About: Marlow’s Tavern, a high-volume tavern location, is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who enjoys creating chef-inspired food using fresh ingredients in a scratch kitchen environment, while collaborating with a dynamic team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience working in a scratch kitchen and 2 years of prep or line cook experience; excellent interpersonal and team work skills; basic computational ability; ability to speak, read, write, and understand English; tasting ability for flavor profiles; memorization of food production procedures; familiarity with prep and service recipes
