Position: Luxury Travel Coordinator/Concierge
About: A boutique luxury travel advisory firm based in Los Angeles, CA, Wagner Bespoke Travel serves a nationwide clientele, handling the back-end booking processes and client itineraries. The role involves assisting the team with administrative tasks such as quoting and booking luxury travel, updating databases, managing client itineraries, and ensuring smooth trip flows.
Requirements: Must live in Los Angeles; Onsite 4 days a week in Santa Monica, CA; Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Science, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; OR 2 years of related experience; Weekend availability for client travel emergencies; Experienced in Excel and Google Suite; Strong attention to detail; Comfortable with routine tasks; Process-driven; Self-motivated; Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to communicate effectively with foreign partners; Thrives in a fast-paced environment
