Position: Luxury Travel Coordinator/Concierge

The firm focuses on the back-end booking process, not on selling travel, and provides potential travel perks after 6+ months of employment with heavily discounted hotel stays. The team handles routine administrative tasks, client itineraries, and ensures smooth trip flows for clients traveling worldwide.
Requirements: Must live in Los Angeles; Onsite 4 days a week in Santa Monica, CA; Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Science, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; 2 years of related experience (in addition to bachelor’s degree in another field); Weekend availability for client travel emergencies; Experienced in Excel and Google Suite; Strong attention to detail; Comfortable with routine tasks; Process-driven; Self-motivated; Proactive problem-solver; Comfortable communicating with foreign partners; Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environment
